职位描述：
The Software Development Group is the core engineering group that is responsible for design, developing, improving OnVantage core architectural and product components. This is the key development group.
• Design/implement a performance-critical, robust and rich-UI system on a java EE platform to service the businesses across multiple locations.
• Deliver designs and implementation approaches working with architecture and product management team
• Work with business analysts/PMs to gather and clarify requirements.
• Implement technical solutions along and provide technical mentoring to team members.
• Recommend and lead efforts for technical improvement and initiatives.
职位要求：
• At least 5 years hands-on development experience on java EE platform
• Strong knowledge of popular databases, O/R frameworks, web frameworks, application servers and scripting languages
• Understand the complexity of enterprise application with legacy system integration
• Experience of delivering high performance, fault tolerant and robust real time systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to communicate effectively working with a global distributed team
• Ability to take ownership of tasks in parallel and work under tight deadlines
• Ability to understand the business functionality and architecture of the application
