哦，那就是版本的差异了。5.1不建立的话不会的，error还会有警告信息。

090327  9:26:13 [ERROR] Could not use /usr/local/mysql/log-slow-queries.log for logging (error 13). Turning logging off for the whole duration of the MySQL server process. To turn it on again: fix the cause, shutdown the MySQL server and restart it.
