1.发起一个常规的任务，结果报错

2.查看报错信息，报错代码86
The system's device driver returned an I/O error while NetBackup was positioning media (tape or optical disk).
3.按照提示做了 tpclean command for cleaning操作
C:\Program Files\VERITAS\Volmgr\bin>tpclean.exe

查看磁带的状态，没有冻结的现象。
查看系统日志，提示一个应用错误，nbconsole.exe,faulting mode unknown.
4.以上操作用的驱动器的驱动为系统自带的，安装NBU的驱动后提示不能用，要求重启系统，重启后驱动又变成系统自带的驱动。

另外在设置server的timeout时，默认的都是300，我应该设置成多少效果最好呢？

定位错误一般和驱动有关系。你可以用NBU自带的驱动程序重新安装一下，安装的时候选择将其它的驱动删除。

另外要把removable storage service停掉。
