Candidates with the following skill sets (key words) will be a good match for the  hiring:

1> CRM, IVR, CTI, IPCC, Call Manager, WFM, dialer, middleware
2> Unix, Linux, Java
3> Solution consultant
4> Application consultant
5> Application / solution Implementation
6> Contact center, call center

Any engineers who have worked as engineers in Aspect, Nortel, Genesys, ITapps, PCCW, Huawei, Witness etc.

JD_Engineer:

Responsible for providing remote post-sales support of hardware systems, sub-systems and/or applications for customers or field personnel utilizing telephone and remote diagnostic capabilities. Supports more complex end-user installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations through problem isolation, verification, resolution and documentation. This is a post-sales remote support position. Skills required include SIP, Networking, LAN’s, wireless hardware and data. Experience using, administrating and troubleshooting Avaya PDS (Dialer) systems are a plus. Requires exercise of independent judgment and discretion, while working with minimal supervision. Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems. Strong technical writing skills are necessary to perform job duties. Professional certifications are desired, i.e. MCSE, Avaya Certification, etc.

POST SALES ENGINEER (Backbone)

Job Description:
Responsible for providing remote post-sales support of software, systems, sub-systems, applications and/or hardware issues from Avaya products for customers or field personnel utilizing telephone and remote diagnostic capabilities. Supports complex end-user installations, configurations, upgrades,
hardware/application debug and migrations through problem isolation, verification, resolution and documentation. May include supporting 3rd party products. This is a post-sales remote support position for both hardware & software complex configurations. Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria. Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems.
English is required. Additional languages can credit to their position (Japanese, Korean or Cantonese) and certified accredidations are an added value.

1. Solid technical background; SW programming/application experience desired; professional certifications are desired, MCSE, Linux, CCNP, CCNE, and Avaya Product Support Certification may take good credit.

2. Typically requires 1 years’ hands on communication and network, voicing related technical experience.
Telecom specialization preferred.
3. Fluent English
