HP openview Data protector问题

我是在windows平台上备份oracle 10g，用的软件是HP的DP，但是在设置oracle备份的时候出现错误如下：

你DP什么版本？ WINDOWS啥版本， ORACLE呢?

最好把备份session的log贴出来看看

DP是6.0for windows的，操作系统的版本为windowsXP sp3,oracle的版本为10.2.0,session这步还没到，报错为设置oracle备份时报的
