求助一个关于通讯的问题。

我的服务器突然发生了很奇怪的通讯问题。
经常在夜里1点56分左右，ping不到服务器IP，大约一分钟后自动重联上。
跟这个ip相同的line上的ctl，也同时断掉，重联。
dsplog时，可以看到通讯failed，然后又contacted 。
查硬件，也没有出现过永久错误。
每天夜里12点多点，log中有这条记录：

  book, SC41-5407.  The log data received with the SNA error log is: *NONE

问问网络那边是否中断过1分钟

最近一次中断发生在白天，ping时大量丢包。网络的同事也一起查了一下。
在交换机上看都没有错误，在网络上只抓到了NETBIOS的包。
400里wrklind也都正常（ACTIVE）。
网络的同事说是因为400使用10M半双工，当时端口上有冲突，导致丢包。
我觉得不可信，一直都是这么用的，怎么最近就丢包了呢？
系统过了一会儿自己就好了，很是奇怪。难不成有病毒？
