Detail Work Process
1) Establish ITIL strategy such as Incident, problem and change management processes for China and organize different support team for Messaging, Security, Infrastructure and Projects
2) Coordinates IT operation activities with other organizational departments or divisions, locally and globally, reviews and plans the computerization needs of various user departments E.g. Purchasing of the computer equipments
3) Establish computer operation priorities in order to provide effective service to all users by introduction of the database work flow
4) Establish standard policies and procedures for providing routine maintenance service for IT equipment based on ITIL conformance in accordance to Global policies
5) Establish Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Operational Level Agreement (OLA) for all IT operation for the various departments
6) Establish Standard reports and processes for all Operational Events such as Server Performance, Network Performance etc
7) Establish Security reports and processes for all the computer equipments
Plan and execute all IT projects in accordance with global, regional IT and China business strategy
