职位描述  
Job Summary:
-- Set up and maintain IT infrastructure that fits for business requirement.
-- Develop, implement and document related operation processes.
-- Systematically manage IT related software and hardware asset.
-- Execute local IT infrastructure projects and coordinate enterprise infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
-- Set up and maintain WAN/LAN/WLAN related equipment and operation system.
-- Monitor network performance and make network monitoring report.
-- Set up and maintain all servers, monitor their performance.
-- Manage user accounts in e-mail system, database system and application system.
-- Manage data backup and recover.
-- Provide second level support and consulting for China helpdesk.
-- Set up & maintain Black Berry.
--Handle key user’s requirement for maintenance of client-side equipment or operation system.
-- Perform user training on the use of client-side equipment and operation system/application.
-- Follow up for assigned project.
-- Register, assign and count IT related software and hardware.
-- Contact related supplier to solve problem in case malfunction occurs on servers or network equipment.
-- Contact with supplier based on project.

Key Capabilities:
-- College or above, major in Computer Science, MIS or other related subjects.
-- 3 years of working experience in multinational company
-- Solid experience and management on MS Windows based OS and tools as well.
-- At least 2~3 years LAN/WAN maintenance experiences or above.
-- Familiar with Microsoft-based server management (AD/ISA etc).
-- Familiar with security software (Anti-virus/Patching/Vulnerability Scanning/Web Access Monitoring
