Responsibilities: 岗位职责

•Troubleshoot application, network, and server level problems for all systems
解决系统出现的应用、网络与服务器上的各种故障与问题。

•Build/configure/install new environments and servers for infrastructure and application use
为基础结构与应用建立、配置、安装新的环境与服务器。

•Enhance the centralized management system for maintaining a large number of servers
加强中央管理系统功能，维护大量服务器的正常运行。
      
•Maintain application servers (uinx and Windows) on a daily basis
日常应用服务器的维护（unix与微软视窗）

•Write scripts and tools to automate and enhance existing processes
编写脚本与工具实现自动加强现有流程。

•rovide input and expertise to engineering and release on process and systems management
为开发人员提供专业技术，并开放相关系统管理权限与流程。
      
•articipate in applications, infrastructure, disaster recovery and capacity planning
参与各项应用、基础结构与灾备恢复，以及容量归划。
      
Requirements: 岗位要求

•3+ years unix systems administration experience (Solaris/Redhat)
3年以上unix系统管理经验(Solaris/Redhat)

•2 years experience in administering Windows systems
两年微软视窗系统管理经验

•Strong scripting skills – shell, Perl, Ruby, etc.
较强的脚本编写能力- shell, Perl, Ruby, 等
      
•Working knowledge and solid understanding of OSI network layers and TCP/IP
通过实际工作了解与熟练掌握OSI 网络层以及TCP/IP
      
•Experience with LDAP, DNS, DHCP, NIS, NFS, NAS, Jumpstart, Kickstart, cfengine
具有LDAP, DNS, DHCP, NIS, NFS, NAS, Jumpstart, Kickstart, cfengine 相关经验

•Experience working with 3-tiered architectures in J2EE hosted environments (Apache, Weblogic, Informix, Oracle, Tomcat) – Weblogic/Tomcat admin skill a huge plus
具有J2EE平台3层结构相关工作经验(Apache, Weblogic, Informix, Oracle, Tomcat)， 如有Weblogic/Tomcat 管理经验为佳。
      
•roven technical troubleshooting experience, with a drive and talent for solving hard problems
具有可证明的技术故障解决经验， 并具有渴望解决技术难题的态度与特长。

•Excellent communication and documentation skills, in Chinese and English
良好的中英文沟通与文案能力。

•Highly motivated and competent with decision-making ability to work without close supervision
具有较高的工作积极性，在工作中能够独立进行决策。
