Responsibilities:
In this position you will be responsible fortechnical leadershipcontributing to the successful delivery of applicationdevelopment projects.Your responsibilities will also include but not belimited to:
＊Use the latest toolsand techniques (currently J2EE,.NET, C#, xml, Agile Methodologies, Tibco, WebServices...)
＊Drive the design andconstruction of a client'scomplex business problems into innovative technologysolutions
＊Do hands-on coding andproactively mentor developers(including pair programming)
＊Be part of a highenergy team focused on fulllife-cycle development
＊Manage developmentteams of 5 to 10 people fromproject definition through implementation
＊Assume responsibilityfor overall design andimplementation, using the latest tools available
＊Create complex,enterprise-transforming businessapplications
＊Work closely withsenior project management andclients
＊Communicate withclients including effective use ofpresentations, proposals and other mediums
＊Travel to work atclient sites, potentiallyincluding international travel
Qualifications:
＊5+ years experience ofanalysis, architect, design,development and implementation of large-scale OOapplications
＊Strong developmentexperience with OO languages suchas Java, J2EE and EAI technologies (Tibco,Vitria, SeeBeyond, MQ Series)
＊Broad knowledge of theJava API, including but notlimited to JMS, EJB, JSP, Servlets
＊Strong knowledge ofdesign patterns, refactoring andunit testing
＊Agile Methodologyknowledge, such as ExtremeProgramming (XP) & SCRUM
＊Leadership experiencein assessing staff skilllevels, assigning work appropriately, directing teamin specific projectactivities, estimation, and facilitating career development
＊Experience withrelational databases is a plus
＊Excellent written and oral communication skillsinboth English and Chinese
＊Ideally with an academic background in ComputerScience or Engineering

Responsibilities:
In this position you will be responsible for the successful delivery of application development projects. Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:
* Utilize Agile Methodologies to manage full life-cycle development of large, complex, J2EE & .NET projects
* Manage team dynamics, delivering coaching and can did feedback
* Set expectations and build relationships at the CEO/CTO/CIO level
* Leverage understanding of client business needs to deliver superior solutions
* Assess client needs for additional services and development opportunities
* Travel to work at client sites, which may include international travel
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience including analysis,design, coding and implementation, most of which with large scale OO applications
* 4+ years of Project Management experience oncustom-designed, full life-cycle application development projects
* Exceptional consulting and client managementskills, including Program Management organization, presentations, projectplanning, managing expectations
* Experience managing large teams (20+ people) is a plus
* Experience in application (package) or system deployment, including implementation and enhancements is a plus
* Extensive OOAD and formal methodology knowledge and experience, preferably Agile Methodologies
* Broad technical knowledge of application architecture, system architecture, application integration, relational databases, and object oriented languages
* Domain knowledge in Financial Services,Energy, Government and/or Retail would be a huge plus
* Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance,Computer Information Systems or a related field or the equivalent
* Able to travel to client sites, including international travel
* Fluent in written and oral English

Travel towork at client sites, this may include internationaltravel
Qualifications:
3+ years Experience in testing user interfaces, stress,performance or load testing
Familiar with defect management systems
Exposure to automated testing tools
Strong experience of writing manual test scrips
Exposure to object oriented analysis and design and testing onsystems developed in Java, J2EE, .NET and C++
Participated in full lifecycle development on large projects
Ideally experience of testing on a programme using Agile methods
Fluent in writtenand oral English
