Application Consultant
Job description
1.Technical
- Strong J2EE background with good skills in work flow, SOA design，B2C and development over 5 years.
- Have the capability to learn quickly in short time and good understanding in architecture thinking.
- Deep technical skills on IBM products, Message broker, Websphere or Webshpere commerce suite.
- Good skill on use some fashionable open source software,such as Spring/Hibernate.
2.Leardership
- Good project management experience and team leadership.
- Have team management capability over 5 team members, can be as technical teamleader in project
3. Consultant/client experience
- Have consulting/application experience over 3 years.
- Have the experience or passion to develop in B2C, B2E biz models.
- Passion for customer facing projects.
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in J2EE/EJB/Websphere
English: Intermediate
Key Points:
1.Architecture experience
2.Team Lead role
3.E-business Background preferred
4.Large project experience
客户公司：IBM China. PS: IBM China regular职位，非ISSC，非外包公司
Location: Beijing or Shanghai or Guangzhou
Level: Band 7 or 8, Beijing and Shanghai 给的level会更高
