We are seeking Technical Consultant who have experience in provide IT Consulting services to Banking. This position will initially based in Hong Kong, but need to travel around East Asia like Shanghai, Beijing and Singapore. We provide competitive package and good carrer development.


Position Title:    Technical Consultant, Financial Service Practice

Position Summary:

We seeks technical expert to build and deliver for our Financial Service business solutions.

Initial emphasis for this specific position will be to design, develop and delivery technology solutions to client’s Financial Services markets.  The individual will participate in the stages from customer engagement to solution implementation. This individual needs to be familiar with systems used in Financial Service Industry and also the market most update technologies in BPM, ECM, and BI etc. Moreover, the candidate should have good understanding on solution creation processes in general, and be willing to learn and adopt client’s specific processes so that they can be an expert that coaches others.  

Responsibilities:

·  Translate the business requirement into technical requirement and built proof of concept prototype with client`s products to support the solution ideas
·  Design and develop the system to deliver the SOW to customer within timeline
·  Provid technical support in the full sales life cycle: RFP, presentation, demo/prototype, consulting, training, deployments and interface to support
·  Key technical role in building partner network for solution delivery; helped with building solutions and managed activities.

Required Skills/Experience:

Experience:

·  Minimum 5 years experience in implementing solutions for Financial Services customer
·  A track record of successful design and delivery of BPM, ECM, Imaging WF or BI to Financial Service customer
·  Experience with FSI system such as core banking system, loan origination, credit risk management etc
·  Experience in a Services-led delivery environment

Skills:

·  Excellent skill in managing solution development process
·  Excellent skill in translating business needs into technical requirement
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills
·  Self-starter motivated by outcomes, not activities
·  Good team player

Candidate from company like Mckinsey, BCG, Accenture, big4, IBM... is prefered
