ICMP时间戳请求与应答

报文格式：
4字节（类型+代码+校验和）+4字节（标识符+序列号）+requestor 发起时间戳+ replying system 接收时间戳+ replying system发送时间戳
大多数实现将后两字段都设置为相同值！
The reason for providing the three
fields is to let the sender compute the time for the request to be
sent, and separately compute the time for the reply to be sent

让发送方计算发送请求的时间？发送应答的时间？
RTT  round-trip time 往返时间
replying system 接收的时间 – requestor 发起的时间 – RTT/2 = 就是他们之间的延迟， 否则前两者的差距就应该只是一个传送时间而已；
