Help! Error while install DBI-1.38 on solaris9(x86) box

Hi gurus,

I wanted to install DBI-1.38 on my Solaris9(Intel) box and got the following error while I run "make" command:

I got gcc3.3 compiler installed first and went to www.cpan.org and downloaded "DBI-1.38.tar.gz" and unpacked it. Then I went to DBI-1.38 folder and run the following commands:

# perl Makefile.PL
It looked good.

# make
Got error as attched.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
