Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

•        Designs and maintains software for new or existing products, covering both RTOS-based embedded applications and PC-based applications.
•        Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of software engineering principles and practices in broad areas.
•        Plans and conducts assignments, generally involving the larger and more important projects or more than one project.  May act in liaison capacity with other departments, and organizations.  Evaluates progress and results and recommends major changes in procedures.
•        Mentors and coaches colleagues in software engineering practices and processes.

Qualifications

•        MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering field or equivalent.  PhD in field of specialization desired.
•        5+ years Software Development experience with a proven track record of innovation, attention to detail, and over delivery.
•         Embedded C/C++, Firm ware development 固件
•         Java or other object oriented programming experience desired.
•         Team leadership experience desired.
•        Productive, meeting sometimes tight schedules with high-quality work.  Must have knowledge of electro-static discharge control.  
•        Communicates effectively in Chinese and English.  Excellent communication skills with global teams.
•        A proven fast learner, self motivated, willing to take challenges.
