Technical ownership of a significant code module, including design, maintenance and documentation.
· Represents the organization on project teams and may perform technical project leadership roles.
· Contributes to the development and achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
· Develops new software engineering methods or processes, re-evaluates existing processes.
· Mentoring junior engineers and peers as appropriate.
· Analyze and code complex modules, define data structures, and specify test tools.
· Writes high level design specs, unit test plans and integration test plans.
SKILLS
· 3-5 years C++ development.
· 2-3 years embedded development preferred.
· Strong Object Oriented Design and Programming.
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
· Strong team player
· Linux and /or Unix skills a plus.
· Driver or kernel level programming a plus.
· Experience with or strong interest in programming hardware essential.
OOD(Object Oriented Design): Must
3~5 C++ experience: Must
Linux development: Must
Embedded development experience is preferred or at least have strong interest on programming with HW.
IA(Intel Architecture) knowledge is a plus and it will be great if candidates have the experience of driver development on IA platform.
