Qualifications
The following experience, skills, and attributes are required:
•        6+ years of progressive experience in complex software system design and development in a product development group.
•        Sound knowledge of computer science fundamentals, especially good understanding of algorithms/theories relevant to search engines
•        In-depth understanding of object oriented design & programming with Java/C++
•        Solid development experience in building highly scalable and robust distributed system.
•        Experience in enterprise search technologies, e.g. Autonomy IDOL, K2, Ultraseek, FAST, IBM Omni Find? , or Lucene/Nutch
•        Know well XML technologies, such XSLT, XQuery, etc.
•        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Desired skills
•        Experience in search engine internals as well as high performance full-text system
•        Experience in enterprise content management
