求助:安装MySQL二进制包时出现FATAL ERROR: Could not find fill_help_tables.sql

我用的是Ubuntu9.10,安装MySQL二进制包的时候,进行到下面这步出现了问题,没办法继续下去,请各位指教,谢谢:

1. scripts/mysql_install_db --user=mysql
   
2. 
   
3. FATAL ERROR: Could not find fill_help_tables.sql
   
4.

7.     /usr/share
   
8.     /usr/share/mysql

就算用sudo也是一样的提示:
