没事，有些文件无法归档而已，如果不重要可以忽略

backup: 0511-089 Cannot open ./var/tmp/slp_srvreg.lock: Cannot open or remove a
file containing a running program. 程序临时用的lock文件吧，用完了就不存在了，所以你备不上，应该对你的备份没有影响。
