取异常日志及后几行

grep 'abc' a.txt只能取到关联的行，如何获取关联行的后几行内容，之前看的书上sed还是哪个命令能实现，请大人解答下，谢谢？

不过用的是AIX机器，在LINUX虚拟机下grep -A -B -C可以，AIX下GREP跟LINUX参数不一样，没看到对应功能的参数，不知是否还有其他方法？
