Software Analyst - A
Job Responsibilities:
The mission of this role is to improve the customer competence of SAS. You are expected and will be cultivated to be an expert who understands SAS technology/solution, globalization and the domain knowledge. In more details, duties will include:
•        Conducts customer experience testing and best practice testing for SAS technologies and solutions;
•        Provides counseling on localized SAS software;
•        Provides internal SAS practice training and implementation guidance, especially for new product and solutions;
•        Collects the feedback from customers.
Qualifications:
•        Hands on experience in business intelligence;
•        Passion on programming, hands on Java programming or C/C++ experiences and skills;
•        Better skills on communication, customer-facing and problem-resolving;
•        The ability to work as member of a team, virtual team and individual;
•        Good written and spoken English;
•        Master’s or Bachelor's degree.
Preferences:
•        SAS products and technology knowledge;
•        Domain Knowledge in retail industry, financial management, risk management, CRM, etc.;
•        Experience in internationalization and localization.



职位：IT Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
•        Analyzes, installs, acquires, modifies and supports operating systems, databases, equipment or utilities software.
•        Assists with the planning, design, setup, and troubleshooting of such items as local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), telecommunications, multimedia, communications plant, video/audio systems, servers and/or employee remote access.
•        Performs capacity planning, forecasting/trending, hardware configuration and installation of such items as routers, switches, telecommunication systems, multimedia equipment, and many others types of equipment.
•        Provide day-to-day support for equipment and employees
•        Researches, evaluates, performs cost analysis and writes business justification for purchasing new technologies. Assists in vendor selection as part of this process.
•        Produces and maintains current documentation on all aspects of the Institute's communications facilities.
•        Provides 24-hour, on-call service in support of the global communications infrastructure.
•        Assist with special projects, as assigned.
Qualifications:
•        In-depth knowledge of many areas of IT such as Microsoft Windows server/client, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange server, Unix/Linux, Database, Web, VMware and networking equipment
•        3 - 5 years experience with client and server devices & network support role
•        Certificates (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) in relevant area preferred
•        Proficient in Microsoft Windows server/client system, especially in AD and Exchange
•        Proficient in Unix/Linux system preferred
•        Proficient in VMware ESX server system preferred
•        Problem solving and technical skills
•        Good oral and written communication skills in English
•        Ability to prioritize and work on several tasks at once
•        Completion of assigned work tasks on schedule and expected quality
•        Ability to pick up new concepts and learn from experiences
•        Remote network management experience
