Role 1: MF Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer
Key Responsibilities
1. Understanding client requirements and preparing designs for translating those needs into deliverables
2. Building best-of-breed applications and software per-specification and on-time delivery of identified work-products
3. Ensuring compliance to corporate policies, processes and standards
4. Maintaining and enhancing applications and software per specific client-contractual norms
Key Requirements
1. Atleast Graduate degree in Bachelor or above in CS or related
2. 1-5 years experience in Mainframe project development
3. Skillful in COBOL, JCL, CICS and DB2
4. Banking domain knowledge is a plus
5. Ability to work under pressure
6. A team player and self-starter

主要职责:

2. 按时并且优质的完成软件开发任务
3. 遵守公司的政策，流程及标准
4. 按照既定需求来维护及改进应用系统关键要求
关键要求:
1. 本科以上学历，计算机或相关专业
2. 1年以上大机软件开发经验
3. 熟悉COBOL, JCL, CICS 和DB2开发
4. 有银行或金融行业经验者优先
5. 能承受一定的工作压力
6. 富有团队合作精神，工作积极主动
Role 2: Mainframe Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
