Title: Team Leader
Location: Hangzhou
Main Responsibilities: (Describe in bullet points)

l         Supervise day to day shift operation and ensure the quality of the service.

l         Be the team escalation point of test environment incidents and working with test environment manager to manage the critical/major incidents.

l         Identify training requirements and arrange/deliver training to shift operators.

l         Identify repetitive issues in the shift operation and work with problem manager to resolve the issue.

l         Coordinate with test project team to agree the support requirement and setup the support process.

l Manage the progress/issues of the test projects and deliver report to project team.

l  Identify areas for service improvement/value add and work with TL/SDM to setup appropriate process to achieve the improvements.

·         B.S or above, major in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent.

·         Minimum of 4 years working experience in IT.

·         Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

·         Experience in project and people management.

·         Demonstrated solid understanding of SDLC.

·         Demonstrated strong problem solving skills.

Desirable Skills(Please describe in bulletin points)



l         Overseas or investment banking / financial experience is a plus.

l         SAP BW experience is a plus.

l         Technical support and test environment management experience is a plus.

l         ITIL experience is a plus.



Level of spoken English

Very good English both spoken and written. This role requires the candidate to have a very close communication with our clients based in PH, UK and US.

POSITION DESCRITPION
-Should be able to understand and analyze reporting requirements
-Working knowledge of Cogno8 BI suite of tools like Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio etc
-Good knowledge and design skills on OLAP reporting.
-Should be in a position to guide the team in solving technical issues and optimizing performance.
-Good SQL knowledge with SQL Server 2005
-Participate in data architecture design and review processes;
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
-3+ years experience working with data warehouses, reporting, and OLAP technologies
-Experience working in an enterprise level data warehouse, business intelligence or reporting environment.
-ETL experience with other BI Tools (SSIS preferred).
-Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly;

-Experience in designing, maintaining and implementing dimensional data models
-Experience in relational databases, metadata management, master data management, data services, data warehousing, star schemas and data administration
-Experience with logical and physical database design
-Experience working in an enterprise level data warehouse, business intelligence or reporting environment.
-Reporting and OLAP experience with other BI Tools (Cognos preferred).
-Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly;
