Requirements:
1) 5+ years of combined experience in large scale software development
2) Expert in Java EE technologies such as Axis, CXF, Hibernate, iBatis, Struts etc. Deep
understanding on web tier technique is preferred.
3) Understanding on xml, soap and web service technique is a plus.
4) Skillful in OO design skills and design patterns
5) Experience in SOA/SaaS technology or product is a huge plus
6) Experience in J2EE container such as tomcat or JBoss is preferred
7) Demonstrated ability to individually finish the assignments. And could mentor the junior
person from technical perspective.
Understanding with agile development methodologies and iterative development practices is
a plus
9) Experience with communication and coordination cross teams especially across countries.
