估计是环境变量的问题，把su - 改成su 试试。

另外这个数据库是在虚拟机上装的....应该也可以吧?

用su吧informix的环境变量传给root,informix安装的目录权限也是drwxr-xr-x,然后还是报错

informix 安装目录的属主应该是informix，你可以选择
[ ] 1 - Let the installation program secure the path (recommended).
这一项试试！
