Job Description
* HPUX Ignite server experience for taking, updating, etc images and rebuild jobs
* O/S setup & maintenance on UNIX and Microsoft platforms
* TCL/Expect Script, Perl and Bash shell programming for automation
* Make environment guide and rebuild documentation
* Responsible for the technical support for project implement with global team
* Regular project meeting with customers in oversea
* IT Infrastructure system support and troubleshooting
* Work closely with global team and delivery support services as agreed service level
* Ensures outstanding customer satisfaction results by presenting a professional image to the customer that is aligned with HP goals, objectives and values; delivering quality support services.
* Work independently with customers, strong customer expectation management skills
* Strong responsibility, serious-minded and carefulness on work
* Account for on time and qualified support for customers in EMEA and US business hours
* Ensures outstanding customer satisfaction results by presenting a professional image to the customer that is aligned with HP goals, objectives and values; delivering quality support services; managing customer escalations and resolving customer satisfaction issues

Qualifications
* Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
* At least 7 years relevant IT infrastructure experience, especially on HPUX (including server administration, networking, and storage experience) in a multi-national company.
* Must have fluent English communication skills both verbal and written.
* Strong IT Infrastructure system support and troubleshooting skills is required
* Very experienced on HP rx26xx, i64 blades, EVA SAN and network switch are required.
* Strong TCL/Expect Script, Perl and Bash shell programming for automation are required.
* Virtualization knowledge and skill on HPUX nPar /vPar and Integrity Virtual Machines, etc.
* Capable of handling global customers based on different time zones and cultures
