Quality Assurance Leader          Shanghai or Beijing

We are seeking an experienced, technical, creative, mature and visionary leader with experience in leading and growing world-class QA teams for applications of global scale and delivered over the internet.

A strong candidate will has experience with agile development, strong technical ability, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment.

The Quality Assurance Leader will be responsible for building a world-class QA organization and culture, prioritize and allocate agile resources; design and implement test automation of internet scale web solutions and have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about product, and technical challenges.

l  Responsible for the over-all quality of the product

l  Formulation, management and execution of project test strategies, plans and delivery commitments in concert with business and project management efforts.

l  Strong leadership of QA departmental resources, staffing, and enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class quality team

l  Work closely with the architects and developers to develop superior processes, tools, and techniques

l  Maintain current technical knowledge to support rapidly changing technology

l  Strong desire to build, sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.

l  8+ years experience in enterprise and large-scale internet-facing software quality

l  Strong familiarity with OOP, Java and agile development methodologies.

l  Hands-on experience with installation and administration of Linux

l  Hands-on experience with automated test tools (e.g. HP/Mercury LoadRunner, QC, QTP)

l  Working knowledge of SOAP and RESTful style web services.

l  Strong working knowledge of automated code coverage and static analysis software

l  Strong familiarity with large-scale distributed system and databases


Developer Engineer in Test (SDET)                  Shanghai or Beijing
The Cloud Services SDET will have a demonstrated ability to overcome technical challenges and will have unique mix of deep technical knowledge, quality assurance tools and best practices (white box and black box), software architectures and emerging technologies with practical experience across all phases of the software lifecycle.


Primary Responsibilities Include:

l  Write and execute test plans based on high level requirements.

l  Work with engineering staff to develop efficient manual and automated test cases.

l  Evaluate current or emerging technologies to improve quality services in consideration of cost, efficiency, or usability factors

l  Design and implement test harness for complex and often distributed components

l  Track progress and report on test coverage

l  Strong desire to be part of a world class team, sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.

l  2+ years experience in large scale and/or Internet/Web-based software development;

l  Fluency in best practices regarding QA of Web Oriented and Internet Scale Web applications architecture and design.

l  Ability to work well with people and be both highly motivated and motivating.

l  Strong familiarity with OOP, Java and agile development methodologies.

l  Hands-on experience with installation and administration of Linux

Senior Software Engineer         Shanghai or Beijing
We are seeking creative and savvy senior software engineers with a solid development foundation, experience with large-scale distributed systems and well versed in the latest open source web application frameworks, languages and agile methodologies.

They will work with a small architecture and development team to produce maintainable, high-quality and high-performing code that delivers amazing user experiences at Internet scale.   

The ideal candidate will be a rock-star programmer who is excited to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where teamwork, flexibility and delivering complex software is a priority.  He or she should have deep systems programming design and implementation experience with strong knowledge of web services, web oriented architectures and a track record of successfully delivering new features or products

l  5+ years experience relevant software development experience.

l  Strong technical credentials, with development expertise in both object-oriented and functional programming, as well as a deep grasp of data structures and algorithms, transaction processing, virtualization, and concurrent programming

l  Good grasp of modern design patterns as well as the ability to read and design in UML

l  The ideal candidate has a mastery of common java libraries and internet protocols

l  The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of operating systems and development tools including linux, windows, maven, subversion, Junit, etc.

l  Open to agile software development methods

l  Familiarity with creating and consuming RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
