Position Title: Developer

Responsibilities
Participation in all aspects of software development: definition, design, implementation, testing, documentation, delivery, etc.
Analysis, design, and development of software modules for targeted application domains (e-commerce and media)

Minimum
QualificationsBS in Computer Science or related area
4+ years software development experience
Proficiency with Java-based web applications
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with agile development
Strong object-oriented design and analysis skills
Excellent technical and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience as a self-starter
Preferred Experience
Proficiency with ActionScript and Adobe Flex
.Net experience is very desirable
Experience with XQuery
Experience in e-commerce or media industries
Experience with search applications
Experience with content management systems
Experience with web analytics solutions
Experience with SEO and SEM

Lead Test Engineer
5+ years software quality assurance experience
Develop and maintain overall coverage strategy for Endeca eBusiness artifacts
Coordinate execution of functional and regression tests
Coordinate defect triage process during software development and release cycles
Experience in direct interaction with English-speaking clients

Tech Lead/Lead Developer Requirements
• Preferably C++ engineer grew into Java or .Net
• 5+ years of overall experience with 2+ years in a leader capacity.
• 4+ years of .Net, Java and/or C++ development.
• ScrumMaster certification or experience would be ideal
• Good documentation skills with attention to details
• Proven track record in development task planning/tracking, design and deliverable review, assisting and mentoring junior members on technically complex issues
• Experience in direct interaction with English-speaking clients

• Ability to be responsive to urgent customer issues
• Ability to troubleshoot and research problems that come with limited technical information
