EDI Development /Support - IT

Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain existing EDI Application to include mapping and customization of all inbound and outbound messages.
* Developing forms for user reports;
* Job (event & session) set up, scheduling, & execution;
* Setup and support for trading partners;
* Problem resolution day to day support for invalid transactions,
* Error reports ; Software upgrades;
* New transaction review and implementation; Problem resolution & support; and order desk support for questions, problems, modifications.
- Administer and Maintain the EDI Software application, to include: Customer Setup, File maintenance and problem resolution.
- Maintain systems documentation, working files and presentation portfolio for all aspects of the company*s Electronic Commerce Systems.
- Support users with auto-invoicing error corrections, item corrections,
- Demonstrate the practitioner use of UNIX and Linux scripts as a means to accomplishing batch processing. Complete assigned project on time, within published scope and on budget.


Requirements:

- Bachelor or above Degree in IT related majors
- At least 3 years experience in the area of EDI development or supporting is highly preferred : X.12 and EDIFACT Standards, technical skills in http, ftp and AS2, popular EDI tools .
- Excellent English communication skill in reading / writing / listening / speaking
- Project Management experience is preferred
- Logistics / Freight Forwarding knowledge is a plus

Quality Assurance Engineer
Description
• Participate in the entire development life cycle including: requirement analysis, designing good test cases with high coverage, tracking defects with meaningful details, providing root cause analysis and impact analysis and participating code review and unit test review.
• Always bear product quality in mind; master the product knowledge at expert level. Work closely with other teams to ensure successful deployments of upgrades and enhancements on an on-going basis.
• Result-oriented. The individual is able to handle multiple priorities, work well under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and possess a high level of flexibility while following development processes well.
Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years in SQA and/or software development. (Having developer working experience is preferred)
• Extensive experience with black box, white box, performance, scalability and automation test (Familiarity with Loadrunner, JMeter, Selenium or WebDriver is preferred)
• Expert in testing methodology, test cycles and test tools
• Familiar with web service testing. (Familiar with web service testing tools is preferred.)
