TITLE : Quality & Implementation Manager
This position is also leading the QI team to improve Customer Service Operation.
Deliverables/ Scope:
Responsible for the management and functional fulfilment of CS Operations Integration
- Develop business requirements and functional specifications for projects
- Coordinate the technical development effort and operational implementation process through launches
- Ensure the successful transition of completed projects to ongoing management
- Work across the CS in a global wise environment
- Lead process-improvement efforts and manage the implementation of both business processes and technical solutions
- Evaluate and implement opportunities for improving project/s time-line, accuracy to business requirement, and cost
- Manage the quality assurance program of the CS department, this includes set and develop quality team goals and standards & supervise, develop and coach QA staff
- Identify quality issues and collaborate with operations and training to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and increase quality levels and/or scores
- Calibrate internal QA standards and tools within customer expectations
- Find improvement area in current CS related content and drive corrective solution implementation based on the Joyo Amazon strategy
