JD: Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:
        Be familiar with Platform products
        Deliver service to customers in Asia Pacific, European and North-America
        Deliver customer service over email and phone in English
        Coordinate engineering team, Sales team, etc stakeholders and get customer managed
        Write down sh, perl, etc scripts on demand
        Can carry hotline mobile in turn in the team

Requirement:
        Be familiar with administration of UNIX/Linux, network configuration
        Can speak fluent English
        Good communication skill
        Can take night shift on demand
        Experience on customer service is a PLUS
