JD: Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
Be familiar with Platform products
Deliver service to customers in Asia Pacific, European and North-America
Deliver customer service over email and phone in English
Coordinate engineering team, Sales team, etc stakeholders and get customer managed
Write down sh, perl, etc scripts on demand
Can carry hotline mobile in turn in the team
Requirement:
Be familiar with administration of UNIX/Linux, network configuration
Can speak fluent English
Good communication skill
Can take night shift on demand
Experience on customer service is a PLUS
