在onconfig文件中添加设置

on-bar在LBU PRESERVE数据库中存放备份和档案信息。由于这个数据库使用事务日志，因此应保证存档和逻辑日志备份期间不会填满逻辑日志，从而保证不填满最后一个逻辑日志，保留给on-bar使用。使用on-bar，将配置参数LBU PRESERVE 置为1,将最后一个逻辑日志留给on-bar。
