Hardware engineering



Basic qulifications:

·           4+ years of hardware design experience.  

·           Experience in settop box a plus.



Scope of responsibilities/expectations:

·           Candidate will be designing, developing and qualifying settop box hardware.

·           Must be able to lead hardware development projects.  

·           Must be able to trouble shoot and diagnose hardware problems.  

·           Must have the ability to work with multiple groups.  

·           Must be flexible in work schedule.  

·           Must be comfortable in a fluid and fast changing work environment and be comfortable handling multiple projects and tasks at the same time.



Specific Knowledge/skills:

·           Hangs on high speed digital design experience.  

·           CCC knowledge a must.  

·           Other regulatory/compliance knowledge a plus.  

·           Hands on experience in tuner, audio circuits and power circuit a plus.   

·           Electrical/electronics engineering background.  

·           Teamplay.

·           Fluent in English and chinese (writing and speaking).
