• BS in Computer Science, MS preferred
• 7 years hands on experience in product development,
with two years managing/leading team of 7-10 software engineers
• Experience in application development using technology stack of J2EE, XML and Database is a must
• Experience is developing Web 2.0 and SaaS based applications preferred
• Knowledge in SaaS operation is high desirable
• Must demonstrate strong leadership and hands on design and coding skills
• Excellent communication in both verbal and writing in English is a must.
