We are currently looking for a talented individual to join us as a Solution Architect focusing to Retail problem domain. The solution architects are accountable for the future architecture work and the documentation in their domain. You will collaborate closely with other architects, including the enterprise architects and design teams. Besides supporting platform and IT managers in architecture issues, you will work together with them to manage technology throughout its lifecycle. A typical role for you is a program architect in high priority business driven programs.
The primary responsibilities of this role are to Establish a way of working to coordinate the delivery of functional analysis/design activities across multiple organizations Ensure end to end cohesion of the functional designs maintaining alignment and compatibility to the technical architecture Collaborate within the business, solution units and development communities to guarantee maximum solution efficiency, value for money, time to market, solution adoption etc.
To seize this exciting opportunity, your excellent knowledge of architecture management and system engineering principles is based on a relevant degree and several years of experience. In your career this far, you have developed a sound grasp of architectural notations (e.g. UML), Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (eg. TOGAF) and solid experience in architecture and system design. We also highly appreciate your practical working experience in any of mentioned business domains. Documenting and reporting the intended solution architecture and your findings to business comes easily to you. As a team player with a flair for networking, you can inspire and influence your peers as well as present information in a compelling manner.
