principal 自动化测试
1、Strong Linux/Unix skill and experience, capable of shell/perl script
2、Strong programming skill in Java/C++
3、Good understanding on J2EE framework. Solid knowledge of XML, Web Services
4、Solid knowledge of database (architecture, administrator and quality assurance), Hands on experience with MySQL or similar relational database
5. A solid understanding of operating system, network and internet fundamentals
6. Hands on system installation/configuration experience.
7. A good understanding of QA process and software development life cycle
8. Must be team oriented and be capable of working largely on your own with minimum supervision

principal 系统测试
1、Ability to translate software system architectures into an integrated approach to software test including integration / functional / system test / performance / load / stress / scalability / etc.
2、Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
3、Work well with peers, project personnel and stakeholders within and outside the organization
4、Leadership ability and QA sense
5、Willingness to take on challenges and learn new technologies continuously
6、Experience with customer interactions would be a plus
7、Solid verbal and written English communication skills
8、Experience in Linux/Unix administration, knowledge about TET, file system, storage, web services, Ruby, indexing, MS Windows file system, security or Linux kernel is a plus
9、Knowledge of agile development methodology, continuous integration / build. QA experience in agile development environment is a plus
