Microsoft Active Directory Engineer
General Summary
Work with a world-wide team to design, develop and build Active Directory framework for Messaging & Collaboration solutions. Document related procedures, manuals, and test reports. Ideal candidates need solid technical background on Windows infrastructure server management experience as well as networking skills.
Job DescriptionInclude but not be limited to:
* Based on business or customer’s requirements, work with a world-wide team to design and build Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure within core Messaging and Collaboration products (Exchange, SharePoint and Lync)
* Prepare detailed solution design guide, operation guide to be used by operational delivery teams in each of the HP regions.
* Establish a testing environment to validate the validity of the solution design and performance within the Private Cloud model.
* Provide best practices, suggestions, technical guides, architecture and other consulting works to support the Messaging & Collaboration team. Prepare, review and present the technical solutions when necessary.
* Report to Project manager/technical manager closely; Keep good communication and relationship with both foreign customers and domestic customers.
* May need to participate conference call with US/EU customers at night.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related area of study.
- Minimum 5 year experience with directory services of Microsoft Active Directory, including service engineering, technical consultancy experience in a large, complex enterprise application or multiple life cycle development projects.
Knowledge and Skills Required
-Candidate must have solid English written and verbal communication skills
-Experience with planning and implementation Active Directory framework of multiple forest topology, including resource forest
-Experience with ADS/ADAM/LDS and networking services (DNS, WINS, DHCP)
-Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010, Exchange Server 2010, Lync Server 2010
-Knowledge of Cloud Services
-Following skills are plus
• SCCM (SMS), SCOM (MOM) or other server management experience
• MCSE, MCSA, CCNA and ITIL certificates

Ideal candidates must have solid skills of SharePoint product line, including SharePoint 2003 / SharePoint 2007 / SharePoint 2010, with “can-do” attitude and capability to work under pressure.

* Must have 3 years work experience in complex enterprise IT environment * Minimum 5 year experience with SharePoint Server and 1 year with SharePoint 2010, including technical support, implementation and related project in large, complex enterprise applications.
* Candidate must have solid English written and verbal communication skills
* The ideal candidate has some of following experience and skills:
• 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft development technologies (ASP.NET, C#, WCF, WF, etc.)
• Experience with application packaging, installing patches/upgrades and scripting
• Experience with SharePoint related 3rd-party products, K2 and Quest is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and Lync Server is a plus
• Good understanding on Microsoft Cloud Services
Exchange Engineer

Document related procedures, manuals, and test reports. Ideal candidates need solid technical background of Exchange 2010 server deployment and management, as well as knowledge of integration with Lync/ SharePoint Server.

• Experience on Email synchronization solutions for mobile devices
• Proficient in PowerShell / Active Directory / networking is a plus
• Good understanding on Cloud Services |
