Responsible：
·Responsible for the full lifecycle of project including BA, HLD, LLD, Coding, Testing and Deployment
·Execute the project based on company and CMMI quality process guidelines
·TL will assume ownership for client communications. Role requires interaction with International clientele and achieving Customer Satisfaction
Key Requirements：
·Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science and related major.
·CET4 above
·2 years of experience in J2EE platform (PL should be above 5 years) is a must
·The ability to quickly learn and gain an in-depth understanding of the Domain and the associated processes
·Good Communication Skills both in written and spoken, ability to communicate with international customer directly would be a plus
·Good team player
.Net (English) SR. SE /PL /PM
Key Responsibilities

MOSS .Net (Senior)Software Engineer/Project Leader
Key Responsibilities
1.Act as SharePoint SME in all phases of the project development life cycle
2.Provide SharePoint design work, custom development, documentation and best practices consulting
3.Consult with stakeholders to identify and implement SharePoint requirements
4.Assess new and relevant SharePoint Services technologies
5.Prepare and update SharePoint Services documentation
6.Develop and maintain SharePoint Sites, Document Libraries, Custom Lists and more.
7.Establish and maintain site security, cross-site groups and webparts.
8.Resolve production problems and provide production and technical support
Key Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science and related major.
2.CET4 is a must
3.2 years of experience in .Net platform (PL should be above 5 years) is a must
4.Strong knowledge of Windows SharePoint Services and SharePoint Portal (v2007 and v2010)
5.Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2005/2008
6.Strong analytical skills
7.Good Communication Skills ( English), ability to communicate with international customer directly would be a plus
8.Good team player
Mainframe Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
·Understanding client requirements and preparing designs for translating those needs into deliverables
·Building best-of-breed applications and software per-specification and on-time delivery of identified work-products
·Ensuring compliance to corporate policies, processes and standards
·Maintaining and enhancing applications and software per specific client-contractual norms
Key Requirements
·Graduate degree in Bachelor or above in CS or related
·3-5 years experience in Mainframe project development
·Skillful in COBOL, JCL, CICS and DB2
·Banking domain knowledge is a plus
·Ability to work under pressure
·A team player and self-starter
