我的squid 无法使用squidclient命令，何解？

源码里面有两个地方出现：  
lib/win32lib.c:
        WSAEPROTONOSUPPORT, "WSAEPROTONOSUPPORT", "Protocol not supported."

还有src/ip/Address.cc：
