Senior QA leader（java背景）
To fulfill the role, the candidate will:
• Provide analytical leadership on functional requirements
• Having a clear understanding on process of software testing
• Ensure proper delivery, compliance to QA standards and Agile processes
• Actively be involved in continuous process improvement so as to achieve operational excellence
• Be proactive and able to think out of the box in solution to obstacles encountered during testing planning and execution
• Having actual experience in performance testing and automation testing.
Required Qualifications
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience and skills
• 6+ Years working experience, Three years of experience in software testing / QA
• Solid understanding of software development principles.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, Agile Process.
• Knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle DB
• Good programming skill in script language (C, VB Scripts)
• Proficiency in test case design, ability to accomplish functional modules test independently;
• Strong hands-on testing automation experience (using QTP, Selenium, etc)
• Demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities, and trouble shooting skills
• Quick learner of new technology with can-do and easy-going attitude
• Good oral and written English skills.
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Experience in Java
senior QA
• Prefer senior QA, Oracle + Unix + Function test + Automation, all with good experience, strong comprehensive abilities(strong communication skills, smart, good English).
• We accept junior QA, but at least he should be good at basic unix command and basic SQL usage and have automation experience. Good attitude and potential.
Lab management QA
• Strong Unix skills (Must)
• Strong Oracle skills (Must)
• Great passion and patience for doing lab management (Must)
• Good at building testing environment and environment maintenance (Plus)
BTOA QA
• Master SQL language and be good at Oracle usage (Must)
• Be familiar with ETL process, it’s great if the candidate has ETL development or testing experience. (Must)
• Good coding experience as developer or automation tester. At least familiar with one script language. (Plus)
Senior Performance Engineer
base：上海
5年以上工作经验，性能测试背景，熟悉性能测试工具，英文流利或至少能沟通，良好的沟通能力。
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related work experience
• 5+ years in software industry including participation in a few enterprise-class projects
• Extremely productive as an independent engineer，leading experience is highly preferred
• Background in most phases of development (i.e., analysis through deployment), rich experience developing and testing complex software
• Able to take ownership from inception through finished product with minimal external help
• Enjoys difficult challenges, a problem solver
• Discipline in good engineering practices (e.g. documentation, test case maintain and design …etc)
• Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with peers and customers.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong automation skills
质量及测试售前支持/Solution Architect
base：北京
本科以上学历，有本科或以上学士学位证书。有售前解决方案经验，具有业务拓展经验，为客户方案制定经验。
8年以上工作经验，其中不少于三年（银行、证券、保险）或者（联通、电信、移动）经验；5年左右测试项目管理经验（团队规模<10人）；有测试咨询经验；精通各种测试方法论，精通各种测试工具；以后需要与BD、sales等合作为公司开拓资源，进行技术方案交流，投标谈判等。
高级测试顾问/测试PM
base：北京，上海
本科以上学历，有本科或以上学士学位证书。
1）丰富的项目管理经验
2）精通测试管理过程
3）精通需求管理过程，精通测试用例设计方法
4）精通自动化测试方法，能够提供自动化测试咨询
5）精通QC/TD，QTP等测试及测试管理工具
6) 熟悉performance testing
7) 较强的技术方案制定能力
 较强的沟通、汇报能力；精通PPT/Slides 制作
