请各位帮忙分析一下：关于广域网口丢包的问题

在两个广域网口间ping包，有丢包现象，100个大概丢6个左右，丢包之间间隔没固定。
用show ip account 看过，没有发包量很大或者很多的PC机。用show inter s0/0 查看

线路质量不好 有误吗
而且端口还出现up down现象

可能是底层传输的问题，也有可能是端口质量不好。
