Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Assist users with problem resolution.
Perform problem determination, resolution, and record all trouble situations reported into
the Tech Services Team at the property.
Dispatch and handle all users support calls in a timely manner and escalate if necessary
Use the service desk log to track and close all user calls, problems reported to Tech
Services.
Provide first-level support for all systems including software and hardware for all platforms,
problem determination/isolation, analyzing problem data, performing data analysis, documenting findings, escalating complex problems to management.
First level support for users, system backups, printing, routing, and verifying tape library.
2. Escalate any unsolved issues to management in a timely manner.
3. Perform tasks at the direction of supervisor
4. Perform all duties in a manner that compliant to the standard operating procedure and ensures the Tech Services Team will meet or exceed the measurable objectives for service level to users and system availability.
5. Perform regular IT operation activities
6. Additional duties as assigned

JOB SPECIFICATION 职位要求
1. Formal training in AS400 system performance and activity planning
Education 教育
1. B.S. or equivalent experience in IBM midrange and personal computing
Required Work Experience 工作经验
1. Minimum 1 years operational experience in IT industry
2. Minimum 1 years in a technical support role
3. Experience with Microsoft Servers and IBM iSeries
4. Experience in the use of diagnostic programs and tools in all above environments
5. Experience in formal problem management processes
6. Experience in hospitality IT support is a plus
Required Knowledge岗位技术
1. IT internal processes, policies and procedures
2. Knowledge of AS400 is a plus
3. Expertise in personal computer networking
