工作要求如下：

Job description
The candidates are expected to work effectively in providing technical support in the areas of IBM Middleware and Database, including installation, customization, deployment, analysis, maintenance.
This roles will also provide end to end service from engagement to post-sales including technical consultation, solution design and verification, onsite implementation and ongoing support.
He aslo need to take ownship for medim and large account management and lead a virtual team handle customer's maitenance biz need and requirment   

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in Technical skills specializing in IBM middleware for open platform (Db2/Informix /CICis/Domino/WAS/ITM/TSM/MQ)

At least 2 years experience in AIX and DB2
