Position 1: DCM Senior Batch Developer

Responsibility:

l Resolve issues on the Demand Chain Management (DCM) product batch modules.

Typically,you will investigate the issue, find the cause and provide appropriate fix if required.

In some instances, you may be required to provide work-around before the actual fix is delivered.

l Develop new features for Demand Chain Management (DCM) product batch modules.

Typically, you will design and develop the features, integrate with DCM online modules and

assist testing work.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

Must have:

lMust have a minimum of 3 years experience with C/C++ development.

lMust have a minimum of 3 years experience with large relational databases (Oracle

or Teradata), writing complex SQL queries and tuning SQL performance.

lUNIX development experience with extensive knowledge of UNIX shell scripts and general UNIX

tools.

lExcellent analytical, design and problem solving skills.

lExcellent communication skills both spoken and written in English.

lBachelor or Master degree in engineering, computer science or mathematics.

Nice to have:

lExperience with Java, Perl, Store Procedure and User Defined Function programming.

lGood understanding of software functionality relative to retail merchandising process and other

retail supply chain processes.

lGood understanding of entire support process, including issue logging, progress update &

resolution and quality assurance.

Position 2 : QA Tester(online)

Responsibility:

Execute the manual and automated testing within a team environment
Analyze User Requirements to insure accuracy in design and build new test cases to meet the user and design requirements
Review incidents reported by client sites for causal analysis
Develop and maintain automated functional tests
Organize effectively testing tasks/activities and follow the test process
Follow test procedures and support internal standards in test design/process improvements

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in computer science or equivalent
Advanced level knowledge of the software development life cycle, testing strategies, tools and QA methodologies gained through a minimum of 3 years experience in a testing environment
5+ years experience in Web application testing and test automation
Familiar with .Net or Java, and one of major commercial database such as Teradata, Oracle, DB2/UDB and etc.
Experience with Web application server deployment such as Web sphere, Tomcat or Web Logic.
Knowledge of or work experience with Customer Relationship Management or Retail Supply Chain Management is plus.
Ability to grasp new technologies quickly, strong sense of ownership, initiative, dependability and good teamwork;
Good written and oral communication in English and cross-group collaboration skills in English.

Position 3:
Sr. Software Engineer (Java)

Responsibility:

Demonstrate strong technical skills and has an ability to resolve complex problems quickly while working in a demanding, high pressure environment
Analyze, design, develop and maintain Teradata Warehouse analytical applications (TRM, DCM, DEQ and TWM) including coding, testing, debugging and documenting programs in support of the Software Development Life Cycle
Communicate the impact of problems/solutions to his/her manager, design/implement solutions, write test cases, run unit tests, and perform general System Integration testing
Participate in application quality and performance assurance process
Write technical documents that accurately describe feature/designs

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in computer science or equivalent
3+/5+ years experience in software development
Strong work experience in J2EE and web application development
Familiar with one of major commercial database such as Teradata, Oracle, DB2/UDB
and etc
Experience with spring, hibernate and struts frameworks
Experience with Javascript development, familiar with Javascript frameworks, like
EXTJs or GXT
Experience in LifeRay portal & Portlet development is a plus
Previous experience in performance analysis and tuning is a plus
Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
Ability to grasp new technologies quickly, strong sense of ownership, initiative, dependability and good teamwork

Required Background and Skills

Essential：

·Hands-on experience with Hadoop and other Map/Reduce technologies.

·Hands-on development experience in at least one of the areas:data mining, NLP and

machine learning using statistical techniques.

·Master (Ph. D. preferred) in Computer Science with an emphasis in Data Mining, Machine

Learning, Information Retrieval, NLP, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related

field.

·Very strong development and design skills. Good understanding of algorithms, data structures,

performance optimization techniques. Practical experience in lexical parsing a plus.

·Strong Software programming skills (Java, C/C++, Python, SQL, etc).

·Experience in dealing with very large amounts of structured and unstructured data

Very desirable

·Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal, at multiple levels of the organization.

·Demonstrated ability to help build the team and direct teams to complete critical milestones

under pressure with tight deadlines

·Knowledge of parallel matrix and graph algorithms is a big plus.

·Experience with agile software development methodology (Scrum)

Position 5: Experienced Database QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

Analyze database defect records reported by customer and propose new test designs/explosions to improve test coverage and process
Apply test assets developped by SQL Lab team to Quantum(a test framework) and monitor the execution
Work with other teams in US and India to analyze and identify Teradata DBS defects found in Quantum execution
Write analysis and test execution reports
