Job Title: Senior Java Engineer

Work Location: Tianjin

Key Responsibilities – Senior Java Engineer

·         Develop Good core products on runtime system (server side)

·         Generate technical assessment, work breakdown and estimation

·         Design highly scalable and robust sub-modules according to user stories.  Must utilize good design practices, documentation, and security policies.

·         Independently implement, unit test, resolve defects, and document product solutions; Participate in design and code reviews; Review test cases with QA engineers and assist testing.

·         Follow the Agile process, including proper interactions with product management, project management, development, QA, database, and production support personnel.

·         Keep up with new technologies and extend their applicability to the product.


Qualifications/Experience Required

·         Positive and proactive attitude; self-motivated and can work in a fast-paced team environment

·         Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics / Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or other related discipline

·         5+ years working experience with Java programming

·         Working experience in network programming

·         Working experience in multi-threaded system(s)

·         Working knowledge in object oriented design and programming

·         Ability to own component development

·         Creative troubleshooting and problem solving skills

·         Ability to communicate technical content in fluent English, both oral and written

·         Good time management and multi-tasking capability

Job Title: Senior C++ Server Software Engineer

Work Location: Tianjin

Description:

As a Software Engineer at Good Technology, you will contribute to the overall design and architecture of our platform and device products with primary focus on messaging & collaboration. You will help build high-performance, highly scalable enterprise client-server software suite on modern operation systems and platforms.

Educational Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

·         Experience working an agile development environment

·         C++ development in the Windows environment

·         Well understanding and expertise on OOAD & OOP concepts and practices

·         Solid system programming experience with C++, multi-threaded programming, Perl/Shell scripting

·         Development experience in highly scalable, 24X7, multi-tier enterprise client and server products

·         Knowledge of database programming interfaces and database usage - MS SQL, Oracle, BDB

·         Knowledge of email and messaging technologies and protocols- IMAP,POP3,MAPI,EWS,Notes C API

·         Knowledge of Network technologies - proxy server, Load Balancers, TCP/IP, UDP
