虚拟机 REDHAT EL5.4
ASE 15.5 for linux
安装过程中没有报错，配置完成，初始化就报错了，错误日志记录如下：

第一次安装sybase 所以很多问题多不清楚，按照安装说明做的
各位大大请帮忙看看问题出在那？如何修正
