Requirement
1. Expert knowledge in analyzing, designing and developing solutions to highly complex problems.
2. Expert knowledge of programming languages, application servers, software architecture and databases
3. Strong Object Modeling experience.
4. Competent working in all phases of software development, design patterns, and development methodologies.
5. Superior troubleshooting ability, strong analytical abilities, and drive for results.
6. Competent designing and developing high traffic / enterprise level web applications.
7. Good communication skill and good teamwork sprit. Great working under pressure.
8. Ability to mentor development staffs while implementing best practices and improve development processes.
9. Over 6 year’s solid working experience in software development.
10. Good skill on Visual Studio, client-side scripting, Java, ASP.NET, VB, C#.
11. Solid experience in MS SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, Webservices.
12. Knowledge of Blogs, Wikis, Forums, Meta-data, Tagging, RSS.
13. Experience with .Net 3.5 framework.
14. Experience with Service Oriented architecture.
15. Experience with enterprise e-commerce applications.
