httpd启动和停止均失败，除了重装系统之外有无解决办法？？

[root@Utown ~]# service httpd restart
Stopping httpd:                                            [FAILED]
Starting httpd:                                            [FAILED]
服务中也没有进程占用http的端口
[root@Utown ~]# netstat -tnl
Active Internet connections (only servers)
Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address               Foreign Address             State      
tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:3306                0.0.0.0:*                   LISTEN      
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:25                0.0.0.0:*                   LISTEN      
tcp        0      0 :::22                       :::*                        LISTEN   
错误信息里面提示如下

重装httpd以。或者用源码安装吧。

1、楼主你在默认配置基础之上都做了哪些操作？方便的话回一下，别带注释。

2、修改日志级别
[root@ppp ~]# grep LogLevel /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
LogLevel debug

错误可能被启动脚本隐藏了，执行下面2个看看是否有报错？
httpd -k stop
httpd -k start

    apache的配置文件什么都没动
[root@Utown ~]# httpd -k stop
httpd (no pid file) not running
[root@Utown ~]# httpd -k start
[root@Utown ~]# netstat -tnl
