1. Wireless Integration and Software Engineer
Qualifications:
• Skills/Experience 5 to 10 years of experience in embedded or wireless system software development and integration on embedded real time operating systems
• Education Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in wireless product development including telephony stack software, Audio framework and connectivity software [GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, BT, Wi-Fi, GPS]
• Experience in debugging complex system issues across the stack including drivers, telephony, firmware, as well as testing skills
• Knowledge of wireless software architecture and standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Be able to work in a multi-cultural multi-site environment
• Additional Skills Knowledge of GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA.
• Knowledge and experience in Video Telephony, MMS, WAP, Graphics, USB, HLOS
• Knowledge in Linux and Android is a plus
2. Title: Sr. Linux AV Stream Developer
Locate: Shanghai
DHG Software Group is looking for a senior software engineer with good experience in Multi-media streaming technologies and good understanding in Linux kernel / device driver development.
He/She should be an expert in transportation stream / program stream demux (includes DVB, ISMA, RTSP/RTP), section filtering, stream crypto, descrambling, Audio / Video timing and A/V sync up.
The position requires the good Linux software architecture design and development expertise with solid C/C++/ASM coding skills.
The successful candidate must have excellent communications skills both in Chinese and English, be a team player and demonstrate good interpersonal relationship.
It requires an MS with 2+ years working experience or BS Electronic Engineering with 4+ years of experience.
Qualifications
Solid knowledge of video processing;
Very solid C or C++ programming and debugging skills;
Be familiar with Linux* development environment: gcc, make, automake, gdb, shell, git, subversion, etc.
Fluent in English;
Proactive, self-motivated, good communication and team working;
Majored in EE/CS or related subject;
Qualification in one or more of the following items will be a big plus:

Qualifications
You should possess a Master's degree with more than one year working experiences or a Bachelor's degree with at least three years experiences. Additional qualifications include:
Proficiency in C and/or C++ and/or ASM, data structure and Operating System (OS)
Hand-on experiences with Linux* programming, debugging and testing
Strong commitment to deliver task on schedule with high quality
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Be faster learner and good in interpersonal skills

5. Title: UMG Wireless Systems Engineer
Location: Beijing
Description:
Member of the Systems Engineering team in charge of platform integration, Modem & Connectivity architecture definition for Intel UMG platforms.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for SW architecture specification related to cellular modem, WiMax, WiFi, BT, GPS and FM integration. This covers:
• Requirement specification
• Architecture partitioning and requirement mapping
• API definition
• Functional and power/performance use case analysis
The SW systems engineer is responsible for delivering the Software Architecture Specification to the SW development and integration teams. He also contributes to the Use Case Analysis document that is delivered to integration and verification teams. He is required to support development and verification engineers throughout the entire project life cycle.
The areas to be covered include:
• Power management
• Audio
• Boot and security
• Inter processor communication
• Telephony
Qualifications:
• Skills/Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience in SW architecture definition, with a prior experience in embedded or wireless system software development and integration on real time and/or HL operating systems
• Master or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in wireless product development including telephony stack software, Audio framework and connectivity software [GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, BT, Wi-Fi, GPS]
• Working knowledge of 3GPP standards and/or connectivity technologies is required.
• Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required
• Good working knowledge of embedded Linux and/or Android.
• Hands on, capable of supporting integration/test engineers in the lab.
6. Title: Sr. Wireless System Test Engineer
Location: BJ and SH
Description:
Responsible for ensuring product quality, securing test method and test environment to fulfill all the assigned test activities within approved cost, time and quality frame.
Prepare test schedules and identify test resources for assigned projects. Identifies errors, faults and gaps in software and hardware products through the use of systematic tests
Responsible for designing, developing and executing test plans. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of product features. Analyzes test results to ensure functionality and recommends corrective action/ consults with development engineers in resolution of problems.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor other members of the System Test Group.
• Design test strategy and analyze test coverage.
• Establish integration & verification scope
• Design and develop test method/environment
• Review and provide feedback for product requirements and customer documentation.
• Analyze, isolate, and report anomalies and work closely with development to fix problems and verify solutions.
Qualifications:
• BS in Computer Science or BSEE is a must. MS is preferred.
• 7+ years experience with system verification and test automation for telecommunications and Data Communications products.
• Knowledge of multiple technologies such as GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, BT, Wi-Fi, GPS
• Working knowledge with common wireless platform test equipment from R&S, Agilent, Anite, Anritsu etc.
•Thorough understanding of Product Development life cycle and product testing phase.
• Must be proficient in English (verbal & written)
7. Title: Graphics Driver Engineer
Locate: Shanghai
Qualifications:
The candidate should possess a Master degree in CS/EE with 3+ years working experience or a Bachelor degree with 6+ years working experience on Linux *graphics driver development.
Additional qualifications include:
Excellent SW development, debugging and testing skills in C/C++.
Solid experience in OpenGL/OpenGL ES driver development.
Experience in X11 or DirectFB driver development.
Experience in Linux* Kernel development.
Experience in Intel Architecture and IA based embedded driver development is a good plus.
Experience in software optimization, performance tuning, graphics algorithm is a good plus.
Strong commitment to deliver task on schedule with high quality.
Be a team player with good interpersonal skills.

8. Title: UMG Wireless System Test Engineer
Location: Shanghai & Beijing
Description:
Responsible for the performance of entry level, basic engineering duties for the proper development, integration and pre-production platform validation & verification., within a laboratory setting as well as field trials.
Wireless System Test Engineer performs lab and field tests using standard test procedures to ensure customer quality assurance, to proactively test products in conformance to industry standards and customer quality assurance requirements, and for common carrier and specific customer feature and applications operability.
Drafts test procedures for all wireless platform in accordance with customer product standards, customer feature requirements, and infrastructure adaptations.
Responsibilities:
Performs Wireless Terminal testing as directed by senior engineers and supervisory staff, uses entry level engineering field service skills and knowledge. Performs laboratory tests and evaluates new Wireless Products, including the verification of product features by simulation of a variety of customer applications and infrastructure conditions and in conformance with industry standards and specifications.
Performs semi-routine and routine laboratory application tests to evaluate user interface software for quality, standards performance, functionality conformance and adaptation to insure the interoperability of system products. Uncovers and report all hardware and software anomalies that can be found.
Makes recommendations to management personnel of corrective actions that may be made to effectively and timely adapt agreed upon solutions.
Prepares proofs and maintains a library of test standards, manuals, new or adapted technical and/or user manuals for clarity and accuracy, recommending changes where appropriate.
Compiles test results data and writes required equipment engineering reports, test plans and follow-up procedures to ensure that STA Wireless Product comply with CDMA Standards.
Works effectively as a team member with other laboratory engineers, Field Support personnel, engineers and Product Development Team members.
Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or BSEE is a must. MS is preferred. Technical training in cellular wireless technologies from a four-year college or university is preferred
Be strongly interested in IT and wireless products
Have between 0-2 years technical or telecommunications engineering related experience.
Must be able to read, analyze and interpret technical journals and procedures.
Proficiency in English (verbal & written) is a major plus. |
