请帮助，错误ora_12203我的sql/plus启动后不能进入

我是在windowsME下安装的oracle8.05，安装后打开sql/plus程序，可无论用那个用户都无法登陆。均出现以下提示
ora_12203
TNS:unable to connect to destination
请各位多多指教如何解决这个问题。谢谢了。

TNS-12203 TNS:unable to connect to destination
Cause: Invalid TNS address supplied or destination is not listening. This errorcan also occur because of underlying network transport problems.

Action: Verify that the service name you entered on the command line wascorrect. Ensure that the listener is running at the remote node and that theADDRESS parameters specified in TNSNAMES.ORA are correct.
Finally, checkthat all Interchanges needed to make the connection are up and running.

重新配置net8，可以用确省配置。
